DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from lacbleu.ch, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please note that only items purchased directly from the Lac Bleu Laboratoires website are eligible for return, and valid order information is required.

To start the return, contact our customer service team, and we’ll send you a return form by e-mail. Complete the form, attach it to your package, and make sure all items, including samples and promotional gifts, are in their original, unused packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your package is ready, you can send it back using the shipping method of your choice.

Important: If you received samples or promotional items with your purchase, these must also be returned along with your qualifying items. Failure to return all items may result in the return not being accepted.
